1. General Policy

Since our services involve the allocation of time and expertise, fees paid for consulting services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced, except as required by applicable law or specific contract terms.

2. Cancellations

Clients may cancel the service agreement by providing written notice to us.

• Before Service Commencement: If you cancel before any work has started, a full refund may be issued, minus any transaction fees.
• During Service: If you cancel while the project is ongoing, you will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation (pro-rated basis). No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

3. Disputes
